Okay...so I left out a few of the topics I will be blogging about, my bad.
So, first I plan on documenting my training sessions which generally I write them for myself. But lately I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed and I elected to take another route. So I used the program developed by former olympic weightlifter A. Torokhity. I got this program from allthingsgym.com. Great site if you have never checked them out.
I also plan to blog about the books I have read and I will give a short review for the books that i really enjoyed.
I think that should be it. everything else, I will just let organically so we shall which path this blogs takes.
